Is Eubert decking strong enough to work as beams and pillars?
Eubert wood profiles can be divided into A) Property of construction, B) Property of non-construction. Eubert decking is flexible than woods, but less rigid. Although construction support is not the usual purpose of composite lumber, the double-layer (Metal inserted) design gives Eubert decking better rigidity and higher loading strength, that makes Eubert Wood possible to be minor construction material. -
How to assemble Eubert decking under different temperature?
A. Plastic application becomes hard under low temperature conditions; therefore, Eubert wood would be necessary to pre-drill before screwing.
B. With heat effects, Eubert decking would slightly expand; in order to ensure the accuracy of installation, therefore, it should be gapped appropriately between each board.

What's the suggested joist span?
Eubert wood decking is dimension stable while lay flat. Under general heavy loading, in case of Eubert decking shape change, it requires to add horizontal supporting beams in adequate distances. The formula for bar placing is: Thickness x 10~12 = max. Span. If the formula is carefully followed, there should be no problem of dimension stability.

Are extra gaps required between boards?

Not only to built up the draining system, but also leave spaces appropriate to balance Eubert wood Sharpe changed; therefore, it should be gapped 0.5 mm for sides, and 3mm/M every 10 ? temperature changed for the joint ends.
