Security
Like any woodwork process, please wear coveralls and goggles. -
Cutting
Wolfram steel saw with less tooth number is recommended, like 20??40 tooth/ 200 ø saw blade, after cutting, it can be polished with planer tools. -
Drilling
It requires constant dusting during drilling, if dry wall screws are applied, title opens are required to prevent budging outs during screwing.

Nailing and Screwing
Zinc coated or stainless steel nails and screws are recommended. With wood screws, please predrill within 3/4 ø of screw diameter. With self-drilling screws, there is no need to predrill, punchers can work directly thereon. Besides, we can insert the plug (FETech WPC injection part) to protect the nail and make an integrated surface. -
Extra Gap
It should be gapped a minimum of 5mm between two parallel boards to adapt weather changes and drainage requirement. Gaps are also required at joint ends, it takes 3mm per meter every 10℃ Please refer to accessories of FETech when installing, in order to avoid fixed problem regarding expanding with heat and shrinking with microtherm. -
Length to recommend
In Taiwan , due to the weather is always unstable, longer board makes too expansion to stabilize. Depending on the regular way (Lab testing & FETech practical outdoor testing) and for the general purposes of Eubert Wood, it is suggested to take less than 2M as the principle. Furthermore, before taking use Eubert Wood in other countries under different weather conditions, user should read the instructions provided by FETech, in accordance with their regional experiences of WPC usage; these experiences can also base on the test results from the local laboratory.

Bending
Eubert wood has its resilience to straight, if you want to make the curved design of decking, railing and stairs; please heat treatment with 60℃at first.
